Our mission is to help small children build their physical fitness level, learn to enjoy physical activities at an early age and build lifelong exercise habits that will increase overall physical fitness in childhood, adolescence and adulthood.
Our equipment includes age appropriate slides, climbs, balances that will keep children moving in a safe and fun environment.

Little Feet Fitness offers a unique centre where the main focus is on younger children, not just giving them a smaller, short cut version of a big kids play centre. It is a place just for them. We will offer a large exercise area set up in stations so that the children will be free to travel from activity to activity without obstruction.

Little Feet Fitness will give small children a chance to develop in the following areas:
- Muscular Endurance By equipping the centre with play structures that require the children to be in motion, the children will be constantly using their muscles.
- Body Composition As in the case of adults, 30 to 60 minutes of activity is key in helping to offset the future dangers of obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. The earlier children start in a routine of daily active play the better. By providing equipment that require children to be in motion, children will be getting in their 30 minutes of exercise, while at the same time having fun and exploring their environment.
- Muscular Strength Good muscular strength helps a child to better perform daily activities and to reduce risk of injury to joints. Skeletal muscles are strengthened by activities that force their muscles to work harder than usual. This is what our equipment will achieve.

| Children can build a good attitude towards movement and fitness by participating in satisfying, age appropriate activities during their first four years. We are providing a centre where their exercise experience is fun. It is geared to age and ability, easy to use, as well as challenging. Come on out and have some fun with your child(ren)! |
